Delegate Surovell is committed to revitalizing Route 1 and spurring economic growth along the corridor.  He's fought for Route 1 this legislative session.

• House Joint Resolution 119- Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the creation of a U.S. Route 1 Corridor.
• House Bill 818- Reallocates membership on the Commonwealth Transportation Board to get Northern Virginia our fair share.
